Overview

Our center flange graphite embedded bronze bushing is a solid self-lubricating sliding bearing. It is manufactured from high-strength bronze alloy with solid graphite plugs embedded evenly on the working surface. The flange design with mounting holes allows easy installation and axial positioning.

This bushing works without regular oil lubrication. During operation, graphite releases a solid lubricating film to reduce friction and wear. It performs reliably under high load, low speed, oscillating motion and extreme temperature conditions, ideal for applications where oil refueling is difficult or forbidden.
