Product Overview
LM-OP open type graphite bronze bushing (split linear bearing) is manufactured from high-strength high-lead brass alloy, with solid graphite plugs embedded evenly on the sliding surface. It is a self-lubricating sliding bearing that works without oil refilling during operation.
The open split structure allows easy installation on linear shafts, convenient gap adjustment. This bushing combines the high mechanical strength & wear resistance of bronze plus the self-lubricating property of graphite. It performs well under heavy load, low speed, high temperature, dust-prone environments where conventional ball bearings cannot work normally. Widely used for linear sliding motion in automation machinery, CNC equipment, packaging & textile machines.
