Product Overview

This square graphite embedded bronze wear plate (self-lubricating slide plate) adopts high-strength manganese bronze / high-leaded brass as base material, with solid graphite plugs embedded uniformly on the sliding surface. It works as maintenance-free sliding bearing without continuous oil or grease supply.

During sliding motion, graphite will transfer a uniform solid lubricating film between contact surfaces, greatly reducing friction coefficient and wear rate. It is specially designed for heavy-load, low-speed working conditions where oil refueling is difficult or not allowed. Four mounting holes are pre-machined for easy bolt installation.
