Product Overview
This graphite embedded bronze wear plate (wear block) is manufactured from high-strength brass (high-lead-free high-tensile bronze) with solid graphite plugs embedded on the sliding surface. It is a typical oilless self-lubricating sliding component. The graphite serves as solid lubricant, which can form a stable lubricating film during operation. It works well under high load, low speed, high temperature and intermittent motion conditions without regular oil refilling. Widely used in plastic injection molds, die casting molds, automation equipment, hydraulic machinery and stamping dies as guide wear parts.
