Product Overview
This graphite embedded brass wear block (also known as mold wear plate / slide guide plate) is manufactured from high-strength lead-free brass, with solid graphite particles embedded on the sliding surface. It is a self-lubricating linear sliding component designed for mold, die-casting, automation machinery and heavy-load sliding applications.
Unlike traditional lubricated guide parts, the embedded graphite acts as a solid lubricant. It can work continuously under high temperature, heavy load and low-speed reciprocating motion without oil supply. It solves the failure risk caused by oil shortage, high temperature oil decomposition and oil contamination in mold sliding systems.
Our wear blocks are precision CNC machined, with sharp chamfer, smooth surface finish and accurate mounting hole position. Standard sizes in stock, custom drawings & non-standard dimensions are available.
