Product Overview
This L-type graphite embedded bronze self-lubricating wear plate (oilless guide block) is manufactured from high-strength bronze alloy with solid graphite plugs embedded uniformly on the sliding surface. It works without regular oil supply, suitable for heavy-load, low-speed, high-temperature working conditions in stamping dies, progressive molds and die casting tools.
The product follows Misumi standard design, with precise CNC machining, excellent wear resistance and low friction coefficient. It can greatly reduce mold maintenance frequency and extend mold service life. Custom dimensions & special shape processing are available.
