Overview
Our self-lubricating brass graphite wear strip (also known as mold slide guide bar / slider retainer bar) is manufactured from High strength brass / Aluminum bronze matrix with solid graphite plugs embedded uniformly on the sliding surface. This composite structure eliminates the need for frequent oil lubrication. It features low friction coefficient, high wear resistance, good pressure resistance and stable performance under high temperature working conditions. Widely used for injection mold slider, mold moving part, die casting mold and automation machinery sliding guide.
The blank is precision CNC machined with fine surface drawing treatment, accurate mounting hole position, good flatness. Available in standard sizes and custom machining according to your drawings.
