Graphite Embedded Bronze Wear Strip, Self Lubricating Brass Slide Guide Bar for Injection Mold Slider
Overview
This self-lubricating brass graphite wear strip is made of high-strength brass with embedded solid graphite lubricants. It is widely used as mold slider guide and wear parts for injection molds, die casting molds. The graphite dots work as solid lubricant reservoirs, eliminating the need for frequent oil/grease maintenance, reducing friction coefficient and preventing metal seizure under high load and high temperature working conditions.
Precision CNC machined with fine brushed brass surface, two mounting holes are pre-machined for fast assembly. The product features low friction, excellent wear resistance, high compressive strength and stable performance over long operation cycles. Standard sizes are in stock, non-standard custom machining is supported according to drawings.
