Overview

This brass graphite mold pressure strip with locating pin holes, also known as mold retainer pressure bar, is precision CNC machined from high-strength brass alloy with embedded solid graphite lubricant inserts. Locating pin holes plus mounting through holes are pre-machined on the bar for accurate positioning and fast installation on injection molds, die casting molds and automation sliding assemblies. The embedded graphite dots act as permanent solid lubrication reservoirs, delivering stable dry-running lubrication without frequent oil or grease supply. It effectively reduces friction coefficient, prevents metal galling and seizure under high load and elevated temperature mold working conditions.
