Our Wedge Upper Plate  is manufactured from high-strength  brass / bronze with embedded solid graphite lubricants. It is a core wear-resistant component used in stamping dies, automotive molds, progressive dies and large forming molds. The graphite particles act as a solid lubricant during operation, eliminating the need for frequent oil supply. It features low friction coefficient, excellent wear resistance, high load capacity and stable dimensional accuracy under continuous reciprocating sliding movement. All parts are processed by precision CNC machining, strict flatness & parallelism inspection. Standard sizes in stock, custom drawings & OEM machining are supported.
