Product Overview

This V-type self-lubricating guide block (V guide wear plate) is manufactured from high-strength brass/bronze alloy, embedded with solid graphite lubricant plugs. It is a core sliding guide component widely used for stamping die cam, automation machinery, hydraulic equipment and heavy-duty sliding systems. The V-shaped matching structure ensures precise positioning and stable linear motion. Built-in graphite provides continuous dry lubrication, eliminating the need for frequent oil supply.
