Product Overview

Wedge Driving Plate (Oblique guide block) is a critical self-lubricating component for stamping die wedge mechanisms. It is manufactured from high-strength bronze alloy with embedded solid graphite lubricant dots. This design eliminates the need for frequent oil greasing, maintains low friction coefficient under heavy load and continuous reciprocating motion, and delivers excellent wear resistance and impact resistance.

This wedge driving plate follows standard dimensions. It is widely used in automotive progressive dies, sheet metal stamping molds, punching dies and other heavy-duty mold systems. The sloped contact surface ensures stable wedge transmission motion, and pre-machined mounting holes enable fast assembly on die sets.
