Product Overview

This U-type brass wear plate (U guide strip) is a precision CNC machined mold sliding component, made of high-strength brass / high-tensile brass. It can be embedded with solid graphite plugs for self-lubricating performance. Designed for injection mold slide/side action systems, it bears sliding load, reduces friction and prevents direct metal-to-metal contact, greatly improving mold service life.

The U-shaped structure provides stable positioning. All mounting holes and graphite holes are precisely processed. The surface is fine milled to achieve low roughness, excellent wear resistance and good thermal conductivity. It works well under high pressure, high temperature and dry running conditions, no need for frequent oil maintenance. Standard sizes are available, custom CNC machining according to drawings is supported.
