Overview

Our cloth laminate phenolic bushing, also known as fabric bakelite bushing / cloth reinforced composite bearing sleeve, is manufactured by hot pressing woven cotton canvas impregnated with phenolic resin. It is a heavy-duty non-metallic composite bearing, featuring high compressive strength, excellent wear resistance, low friction coefficient, stable dimensional performance and good shock absorption.

This fabric laminated bushing works well under high load, medium speed and dry or marginally lubricated conditions. It does not seize against metal shafts and has low swelling in oil. Widely used in hydraulic cylinders, construction machinery, agricultural machines, mining equipment, injection molding machines and general heavy mechanical hinge joints.
