Overview

This oil-free thrust washer is made of high-strength bronze substrate with embedded solid graphite lubricant. It eliminates the need for oil or grease maintenance during operation. The graphite particles act as a solid lubricant, forming a stable transfer film between friction pairs, greatly reducing friction coefficient and wear rate.

Our self-lubricating bronze thrust washer can withstand heavy load and low speed working conditions, maintain stable performance under intermittent operation, swing motion and dry friction environment. Widely used in hydraulic cylinders, construction machinery, injection molds, automated equipment, textile machinery and other fields.
