TIS™580-10 Series is a dealcoholized, single-component, room temperature cure thermally conductive silicone adhesive designed for superior heat management in electronic applications. This white paste adhesive provides excellent thermal conductivity of 1.0W/mK while maintaining strong electrical insulation properties.
