TIS™680-12AB Series is a two-part silicone potting adhesive featuring high thermal conductivity, room temperature curing, extended working time, and UL94 V-0 fire resistance. This flexible, elastic material is specifically designed for capacitor sealing, small electronic equipment protection, and LED light potting applications.
