TCP™100-25-06A is a thermally conductive engineering plastic developed for housing designs requiring high thermal conductivity while reducing weight by more than 30% compared to equivalent aluminum devices.
Applications
TCP™100-25-06A is suitable for heat sinking housings in LED-lit BLU for LCD/LED TVs and LED-lit lamps such as MR16. It effectively replaces conventional aluminum heat sinks and is ideal for:

Processing Guidelines
Pre-Drying: 4 hours @ 80℃ using Hopper Dryer
Recommended Process Temperatures:
- Nozzle: 280℃
- Front: 270℃
- Middle: 260℃
- Rear: 250℃
