The SAS 29P Female Socket SMT Connector is engineered for high-speed data transmission applications, particularly in data storage systems, automotive electronics, and industrial automation environments. This connector features gold-plated contact areas (≥30μ") for superior conductivity and long-term reliability, while the matte tin-plated solder areas (≥80μ") ensure secure PCB mounting.
The LCP housing (Liquid Crystal Polymer), rated UL94-V0, is designed to withstand high temperatures during reflow soldering processes, ensuring robustness in demanding conditions. The connector's terminals are crafted from Copper Alloy C1100, delivering high mechanical strength and stable electrical performance.
Its 1.27mm pin pitch makes it perfect for high-density PCB layouts, allowing compact, reliable connections. Rated for 1.5A @ 40VAC, the connector ensures stable electrical transmission even under high load conditions.
