This SATA 13P 180° solder wire female connector is designed for compact, high-reliability wire cable assemblies that need stable signal and power transmission. With a 1.27 mm pitch and 13-pin SATA interface, it supports combined data and power lines in HDD/SSD links, server backplanes, industrial controllers and other electronic systems where space is limited and electrical performance is critical.
The terminals are stamped from phosphor bronze C5191-H (0.25 mm thick) to provide excellent spring properties and conductivity. A layered plating structure is used: 50 µ" nickel underplate for corrosion resistance, gold-flash (G/F) on the contact area to keep contact resistance low for high-speed electrical signals, and 80 µ" matte tin on the solder area for strong, reliable bonding to the wire. The connector is rated at 1.5 A @ 40 VAC per contact, with contact resistance ≤30 mΩ, insulation resistance ≥1000 MΩ, and a dielectric withstand voltage of 500 VAC per minute, ensuring safe operation in demanding electrical environments.
Mechanically, the 180° in-line solder-wire design simplifies cable routing and supports controlled mating and unmating forces, while each pin achieves a retention force of at least 0.8 kgf to resist vibration and pull-out in wire harness applications. The black glass-filled PBT housing (UL94-V0) offers good heat resistance, dimensional stability and flame retardance, making the connector suitable for automated soldering and cable assembly.
Using RoHS 2.0 compliant materials and supporting customization of wire gauge, cable length and harness layout, this SATA 13Pin 180° solder wire female connector is an ideal choice for OEMs developing server, storage, automotive and industrial wire cable solutions that require a reliable electrical connector for signal and power transmission.

⚠️ Notes
- Make sure the working voltage, current and temperature of your design stay within the connector’s rated values, with proper safety margin.
- Design PCB pads, holes and mechanical space according to the drawing and pitch, and avoid bending or twisting stress on the connector after soldering or assembly.
- Select appropriate wire gauge, insulation and cable structure based on current load, signal speed and bending requirements for both power and signal terminals.
- For IDC / crimp types, use matched tooling and press-force to ensure full insulation displacement; for solder types, follow a controlled soldering profile to avoid overheating the LCP housing.
- Insert and pull out the connector along the mating direction, avoid pulling on the cable itself, and do not exceed the specified mating/unmating force or durability cycles.
- Keep gold-plated contact areas clean and dry, avoid touching them with bare fingers, and store products in dry anti-static packaging before assembly.
