Product Description
This 7-pin PCB connector is designed for compact, high-reliability SATA-style signal transmission between PCB and cable assemblies or mating board connectors. Gold-plated contacts and a high-temperature thermoplastic housing ensure stable electrical performance, low contact resistance and long-term corrosion resistance in demanding electronic systems.
The through-hole solder tails provide strong mechanical retention to the PCB, making the connector suitable for applications subject to vibration or repeated mating. With 1.27 mm pitch contacts, it offers a good balance of density and creepage distance for high-speed serial links in space-constrained layouts. Customization is available for pin length, plating thickness, housing keying and coding to match your specific PCB design and system requirements.

Precautions
Follow the recommended PCB footprint and hole size to ensure proper solder fillet and retention strength.
Do not exceed the specified current and voltage ratings; derate appropriately at elevated temperatures.
Avoid excessive insertion or extraction force and ensure correct alignment with the mating plug to prevent bent pins.
Reflow or wave soldering temperature profiles should conform to the housing’s high-temperature specification to avoid deformation.
Keep connectors clean and free from flux residue or contamination; store in a dry, dust-free environment before assembly.
