Product Description
This IDC female terminal connector is designed for compact 2.54 mm pitch wiring where reliable signal and power transmission are required. The copper-alloy contacts with tin or optional gold plating provide low contact resistance and stable connection over long service life.
The insulation-displacement termination structure allows multiple conductors to be terminated quickly without stripping, improving assembly efficiency for wire harness manufacturers. The high-temperature, flame-retardant housing maintains dimensional stability under reflow or high-temperature operating environments.
Custom options are available for pin counts, wire length and harness assemblies to match specific PCB layouts or system interfaces.

Precautions
Ensure wire gauge and insulation diameter match the recommended IDC range before termination.
Use a suitable IDC press tool or applicator to guarantee full insertion and stable contact.
Avoid repeated re-termination on the same contact, as this may reduce retention force.
Do not exceed rated current, voltage or operating temperature during use.
Store and operate in a dry, clean environment to prevent corrosion or contamination of contacts.
