Product Description
This board-mounted SATA power and signal connector provides a compact high-reliability interface between PCB and cable assembly in storage and embedded electronic systems. The vertical male design mates with standard SATA female cable connectors, offering stable power and high-speed signal transmission for SSD, HDD and hybrid storage devices.
Gold-plated copper alloy terminals ensure low contact resistance and long-term durability under repeated mating cycles. The high-temperature, flame-retardant housing maintains dimensional stability during reflow soldering and harsh operating conditions. SMT pads with additional through-hole posts give strong mechanical retention on the PCB, making this connector suitable for industrial, server and automotive control units.
Customization options are available for pin length, plating thickness, and wire or cable assemblies to match specific PCB layouts, current requirements and mechanical constraints.
