Stainless steel 304 knitted wire mesh tube for gas and liquids filters

Stainless Steel Gas Liquid Filter, is a special formed knitted wire mesh, which is the main component of wire mesh demister and other separation engineering. Stainless steel filter mesh for gas and liquid serves well in filtering and deleting the particle mixture in foam, liquid and air, by way of distillating, absorbing, evaporating and filtering process in petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, machine, pharmaceuticals, automobile and environmental protection.

1. Material:

stainless steel wire AISI201, 202,301,302,304,304 L, 321,316,316 L, galvanized wire, redrawing wire,brass wire .

2. Specification:

Wire diameter: 0.10 ~ 0.55mm flat wire or round wire. Common diameter is 0.20mm-0.25mm .

Hole size: from the (2 × 3 mm) to the (4 × 5mm) then (12 × 6mm)

Width: 40mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400,500 mm, 600mm, etc.

3. There are three types vapor liquid filter as follow:

4. Application:

It mainly used for processing demister, for separating gases inside the droplet, also be extrusion molding, for manufacturing a filtration device, in the automotive industry, the electronics industry has also been widely used.
