Annealing:

Before the heat treatment processing is annealing temperature is 870 ~ 880 degrees, heat preservation of 2 ~ 3 hours, 800 degrees and 800 a, 1270 from a 1280 - degree interrupted quenching, sizing temperature for 580 a, 620, then 560 degrees to three tempering, tempering heat preservation for 1 hour.

Forging:

Quality Condition:

1. Both end of each bar must be cut

2. Ladle furnanced and vacuum de-gassed
