► Technical service:
Surface treatment of die and mould vacuum heat treatment (nitrogen and oxygen, carbon and nitrogen, carburizing, nitriding) .
► Cryogenic treatment:
In order to obtain the highest hardness and dimensional stability, die immediately after quenching cryogenic - 70 to - 80 ℃, keep 3-4 hours, and then in the tempering process, the cryogenic processing tool or mold hardness is higher than conventional heat treatment hardness 1-3 HRC.The complex shape and the size of the larger parts, the cryogenic treatment has the risk of production cracking.
► Nitriding treatment:
When the mold or workpiece is treated with nitrogen, a layer of hardened layer with high hardness and corrosion resistance is formed on the surface.
