Introduction:
1.2344 is the pressure resistant hot work die steel. The electroslag remelting of the steel is of uniform material, good hardenability, excellent mechanical and polishing properties, high toughness and plasticity, good high and low temperature wear resistance, and high temperature fatigue and heat resistance.

1, Electro slag remelting, annealing with diffusion process and ultrafining heat-treatment has good microstructual homogeneity and finer dispersed carbides.
2, High isotropy, aspect rations≥0.8
3, Good tempering performance, high toughness, high temperature strength, good thermal stability and thermal fatigue resistance.
4, Annealing hardness≤230HB,quenching hardness 51-55HRC,tempering hardness 46-50HRC.

The chromium content assists die steel 1.2344 H13 SKD61 4Cr5MoSiV1 to resist softening when using at high temperatures.
1.2344 H13 SKD61 4Cr5MoSiV1 die steels offers outstanding combination of shock and abrasion resistance, and possesses good red hardness.
It's capable of withstanding rapid cooling and resists premature heat checking. Tool Steel H13 has good machinability, good weldability, good ductility, and can be formed by multi function Machinery conventional means.
Delivery condition:
EF or ESR, Hot rolled or forged, black surface or milling.
Hardness: annealed to HB≤229
