Introduction:
Grade 1.2080 / D3 / Cr12 is a kind of alloy tool steel, has a good hardenability and good wear resistance, mainly used as under impact load is small, high wear resistance of cold die and punch, cold cutting scissors, drill sets, gauge, wire drawing die, stamping die, thread rolling plate, drawing die and screw thread rolling dies, etc.

Features:
1. Vacuum degassing refining treatment of steel purity.
2. Spherification annealing and softening treatment, the cutting processing performance is good.
3. Reinforced vanadium, special addition of molybdenum, excellent wear resistance.

Applications:
1. The thickness is not greater than 2MM thin sheet, high efficiency falling mold, punching die and embossing die.
2. Various scissors, inlaid blades, woodworking blades.
3. Thread rolling die and wear resistant slider.
4. Cold heading mould, thermosetting resin forming die.
5. Stretch molding mold and cold extrusion die.
Delivery condition:
EF or ESR, hot rolled or forged, black surface or milling.
Hardness: annealed, HB217-269.
