SKD61 mold steel is a kind of silicon, chromium, molybdenum, vanadium medium alloy hot work die steel.
The organization of fine, fine grain of martensite, basically distributed with small carbides after quenched,
tempered.Good comprehensive mechanical properties, and good hardenability, more suitable for manufacturing large size, complex shape of the mold.

1, Features
a, High temperature strength and toughness, good wear resistance, easy cutting.
b, SKD61 is a hot die steel with good strength, toughness and heat resistance. It can make the mold
life longer, more stable performance, and easy to process, heat treatment deformation is small.

a, Suitable to manufacturing aluminum, zinc, copper alloy extrusion die, die casting, hot forging die and
hot shear blades, etc.
b, Extrusion mold of aluminum and magnesium, die-casting mold, especially adapt to the mold in large and
complicated form.
c, Extrusion mold of copper alloy, die-casting mold.
