1. Main Application
After hardening & tempering, applied to use in the manufacture withsatand loads and moderate speeds mechanical parts, such as automotive steering knuchles, and rear axle gears, shafts, worm, spline shaft, sets and other tools on top.

3. Characteristics
40Cr(5140) steel is belong to Medium carbon steel with hardening and tempering, cold heading steel. Easy processing, after proper heat treatment can obtain a certain toughness, plasticity and abrasion resistance.
