Reliable Planetary Stranding Machine With Anti Twist Device Low Noise

1.Usage
The machine is used for stranding Cu, Al wire, ACSR and insulated wires with back-twist. It also can steel-armoring or Cu-screening cables.

2. Main Character
2.1. Back-twist method: Sun & planetary gear  mechanism.

2.2. The non-axle thimble twisting cage is equipped with mechanism friction tension control.
2.3.The drive shaft connects all the parts of the machine together to maintain a stable stranding pitch, and frequency synchronization can also be selected to control the machine.
2.4. The machine is widely used, and manipulated conveniently with low-noise.

3. Configuration
Pay-off, mainframes of 6-reel section, 12-reelbsection, 18-reel, 24-reel and 30-reel, die holder, tape lapper, armor unit, haul-off, take-off, driven system and electrical system.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.

Since 2006, Baohong Electrical Machinery has been relying on the care and support of customers, committed to the research and development of stranding machine and laying-up machine, and has made great progress.
