1. Application
Bow type structure, totally 7 support boxes support 6 pairs of stranding bows on each pair end. The bow material is carbon fiber,which is durable. The machine is equipped with wire-break test device for each payoff unit in each bow. When wire is broken, and payoff bobbin will decrease the rotating speed, then the detector will get the data, then the machine will stop automatically. This will detect the 99% wire broken.
