Tubular Type Stranding Machine Cable Making Equipment For Copper Wire​

1. Application 

High speed tubular type stranding machine is used for stranding steel wire, aluminum wires and copper wire as well as cabling the control cables.

2. Feature
2.1 The tubular cage is annealed, which will reduce the internal stress and increase service life.
2.2 Bobbins locked with mechanical pintles: one is movable and one is fixed, or Bobbin is fasten on the axis by latch.
2.3 Disk type Pneumatic brake for Cage.
2.4 One electromagnetic wire-break stopping devices to each bobbin clamping device. One induction stopping device is on the mechanical meter counter. These devices will detect 99.9% wire-break.
