1. Application
The Laying up Machine is used for cabling the multi core, rubber cables, plastic power cables, telephone cables, control cables, PVC cables, XLPE cables with or without steel armouring, mining cables, low and medium low voltage power cables.stranding the round cables, sector shaped cables with back twist or without back twist.
2. Features
2.1 The cage type cable laying-up machine is 100% back twisted and stranded.
2.2 Designed for laying up power conductors with 3-5 round cores and straight or sector shape cores.
2.3 Equipped with dual wheel pulling capstan when running small size cables or with haul off for bigger power cables.
2.4 The machine is provided with HMI+PLC control system for pre-setting laying up pitch and for speed synchronization with the take up.
2.5 Independent motor driven rotating pay-off stands rotate synchronously with rotating take-up, can also rotate independently. Rotating take-up stand is supported by under rollers enhanced structure rigidity, reliability and stability of rotation.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers, Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.
