1. Application
The series of equipment consist of PLC procedure, frequency conversion speed-regulation control, pneumatic control, cantilever cabling twist motion, bobbin capstan take-up motion and reciprocating traverse motion are dual controlled by mechanical linkage and pneumatic linkage,so, the excellent synchronous performance of the unit from starting. Normal opeartion,slow stop and emergency stop status, in addition,the stable twist pitch is also ensure with small errorsat the same time. Such cabling series are unique in the design of production line.Advanced in technology and it is the prefered product for the seriesproduction of cabling and wrapping.

2. Performance

2.1. High rotate speed, main shaft is lubricated by thin oil, cool warning if oil not enough ,which can lower the temperature and the noise,extend the life of the machine.
2.2. The wire goes from belt to idler pulley of main shaft directly,which can reduce scratch and keep round cross section.
2.3. Magnetic power clutch auto track and control taking up tension,making the tension of taking up steadily.

2.4. Stranding pitch: the pitch is automatically converted by computer, and can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.

Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers, Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.

Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
