IEC 62133 Stainless Steel Ingestion Gauge for Small Cell and Battery Safety Information

Overview:

This ingestion gauge simulate a swallowable component, used to check whether there is possibility that the small cells and batteries can be swallowed by the children.

Standards Compliant:

It conforms to IEC62133-1:2017 clause 8.2 , clause 10 and fig 2, IEC62133-2:2017 clause 8.2, clause 10 and fig.3, ISO 8124-1clause 5.2 and fig. 22, IEC60086-4:2014 clause 7.2 and fig 9 and etc.

Testing principle:

The testing object is placed into the tester from any directions. If it can fit within the limits of the ingestion gauge, the small cells and batteries are should be out of reach of children and safety warning information should be given out.
