IEC 60335-1 Electrical Appliance Internal Wire Flexing Testing Equipment
Equipment Introduction:
This flexibility test equipment matches the requirements of clause 23 of IEC 60335-1. It is used to conduct flexing resistance test on the electrical connections and internal wires of different parts of the appliance that can move with each other in normal use or during user maintenance.

How to fix the test sample on the fixture?
Place the specimen on the installation platform at the proper position, so that the rotation clamp can clamp the flexing part of the sample; rotate the hand wheel on the column, move the sample installation platform up and down to make the specimen flexing center align with the flexing center of the rotation clamp, fix the specimen on the platform, and adjust the rotation clamp to clamp the rotating part of the sample. As shown below:
