Description

PE butt saddle type pipe fittings lead out new branch pipe in the original pipeline, generally only the side port belongs to the rest of the pipeline and plays a fixed role.PE butt saddle pipe is a straight, three-way and four-way pipe with HDPE as raw material.It can replace flange tee, cross grafting branch pipe, with the advantages of simple installation, fast, accurate location and so on.

Generally, only the side port of butt saddle type pipe fittings belongs to the pipeline, and the rest part is used for fixing and matching with the drilling machine.Saddle type pipe fittings can save water cut-off time, reduce maintenance cost by ring ratio, and the mechanical properties of leakproof plug are far better than that of gray cast iron and less than that of steel.

Connection mode

The connection process of PE saddle type pipe fittings is basically the same as that of electric melting pipe fittings. The differences are as follows:The surface treatment and installation of the fixed first need to connect the main pipeline surface treatment cleaning.

Scrape off the oxide skin and install and fix it with bolts to make sure it is close to the connection surface.Install the special clamp to fasten and apply pressure. The special clamp for saddle connection shall be installed and fixed on the saddle pipe fitting.

The welding can only be carried out by applying a constant pressure on the connection surface.PE butt saddle drilling shall be straight formed and cooled to normal temperature after welding. Special tools shall be used for drilling after at least two hours.

Advantage

In order to ensure the welding quality, it is not allowed to drill before connecting.Before drilling, the branch pipe must be connected to the required position or valve according to the drawing requirements.Before drilling, the connected branch network must be checked for pressure and air tightness test.

Ensure that the branch pipe network is well welded and the saddle type pipe fittings of electrofusion bypass are free of leakage.Reduce the pressure in the pipeline to less than 0.1MPa, ensure the safety of the construction environment, and start the drilling operation only after everything passes the inspection.
