Description

Stainless steel hot push elbow has the advantages of simple process and high productivity, which can meet the requirements of mass production. This process can avoid the phenomenon of uneven wall thickness caused by tension thinning of convex edge and compression thickening of concave edge in traditional bending process. Using this process, large radius, thick wall t / D ≥ 0.015, elbow with uniform wall thickness can be produced, where t is the thickness and D is the diameter of tube blank, which can not be achieved by other bending processes. Due to the axial pressure state in the process of push bending, the metal structure is compact, so the mechanical properties of the elbow are good. Some pipe materials require hot bending, so as to obtain good mechanical properties.
