Description
Socket welding flange is a flange welded with steel pipe at one end and bolted at the other end. The production of socket welding flange is relatively simple, which is mainly applicable to the pipeline system with corrosive medium; the flange can be made of different materials to reduce the cost of flange and improve the performance.
The sealing surface of socket welding flange includes raised face (RF), concave convex surface (MFM), tenon and groove surface (TG) and ring joint surface (RJ). The connection mode mainly includes flange nut, bolt connection, etc. The production process includes professional integral forging, forging manufacturing, etc.
The main processing methods are high-precision CNC lathe turning, ordinary lathe finishing turning, argon arc welding and other processing. The application scope includes boiler pressure vessel, petroleum, chemical industry, shipbuilding, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, machinery, stamping elbow food and other industries.

Socket welding flange connection is to fix two pipes, pipe fittings or equipment on a flange plate respectively, then add flange gasket between the two flange plates, and tighten the two flange plates with bolts to make them tightly combined.
This kind of connection is mainly used for the connection of cast iron pipe, rubber lined pipe, non-ferrous metal pipe and flange valve. The connection between process equipment and flange also adopts flange connection.
Its main features are easy disassembly, high strength and good sealing performance. When installing the flange, the two flanges should be kept parallel, and the sealing surface of the flange should not be damaged and cleaned. Flange gasket shall be selected according to design regulations.
