Description
The forming process of seamless stainless steel elbow includes hot pushing, stamping, extrusion, etc. Hot pressed stainless steel elbow is used in the place where the direction of pipeline needs to be changed, so it is widely used in chemical, civil, construction, industrial production and other fields.
Stainless steel elbow is a kind of stainless steel pipe fitting used in the pipe bend, which accounts for about 80% of the total pipe fittings used in the pipeline system. Generally, different forming processes are selected for elbows with different materials or wall thickness.
The forming process of cold extrusion stainless steel elbow is using a special elbow forming machine. The stainless steel elbow made by this process has beautiful appearance, uniform wall thickness and small size deviation. Therefore, this process is often used for the forming of stainless steel elbow, especially for thin-walled stainless steel elbow.

Characteristic
1. Do not use it for purposes other than stainless steel elbow.
2. Do not use for fluids other than applicable fluids.
3. Do not mix with stainless steel elbows produced by other companies.
4. Do not exceed high pressure when using.
5. Do not use outside the temperature range to prevent the sealing material from wearing or leaking.
6. Do not hit, bend or stretch artificially to prevent damage.
7. Do not use it in places mixed with metal powder or sand dust to prevent poor operation or leakage.
8. If the foreign matters are attached, it will cause bad work or leakage.
