Welding 90MM ANSI Steel Pipe Concentric Reducers
Description
The concentric reducer is directly connected with the steel pipe by butt welding, which is made of steel hot pressing or forging. Classification: pushing, pressing, forging and casting. There are also eccentric reducers corresponding to concentric reducers. Reducer is generally used to connect, for example, the reducer at the outlet of centrifugal pump is to make the pipeline connected with the inlet and outlet of the pump. The inlet is generally large and the outlet is small and large.
The shrinkage forming process of concentric reducer is to put the tube blank with the same diameter as the large end of the reducer into the forming die, and the metal moves along the die cavity and shrinks to form by pressing along the axial direction of the tube blank. Stamping forming is also suitable for the manufacturing of reducer in environmental protection and dust removal industry. Generally, it is made of steel plate by rolling, cutting and welding, with different pipe diameters. The material is generally hot-rolled coil, which is very good in application and can save cost.

Characteristic
Concentric reducers have the following features:
1. When the flow rate of the fluid in the pipeline changes, such as increasing or decreasing, and when the flow rate requirement changes little, the reducer should be used.
2. Enter the pump inlet, in order to prevent cavitation, need to use reducer.
3. In order to match with the connector of instrument, such as flowmeter and regulating valve, reducer is also used.
