Forming method of seamless elbow
There are several ways to reduce the outer diameter of the tube, i.e. one of the ways to reduce the outer diameter of the pipe is to use one of the pressing roller and the other is to reduce the outer diameter of the pipe.
2. Rolling method: this method does not use mandrel, it is very suitable for use on the inner side of thick wall. The process of elbow made with it is very good.
3. Stamping method: use some cores on the punch to expand the pipe end. Pay attention to the taper of the core, so as to achieve the required size and shape.
