Description
Stainless steel tee is a kind of pipe fittings used for branch pipe. At present, the manufacturing process of seamless pipe tee joint includes hydraulic expansion and hot pressing. The hydraulic expansion of stainless steel tee is a forming process, in which the branch pipe expands by axial compensation of metal material.

Characteristic
Stainless steel tee is a kind of hydraulic expansion process which needs a lot of equipment, so it is mainly used to produce stainless steel tee with standard wall thickness less than dn400. Suitable forming materials are stainless steel with relatively low cold work hardening trend, including some non-ferrous materials such as copper, aluminum and titanium.
Stainless steel tee can form tube extrusion deformation, which belongs to tensile deformation. If the coefficient is large, the neck at the end of the hole will contract and be damaged. Therefore, the main problem of extrusion is to avoid the crack at the end of the hole. This order is mainly limited by the data expansion rate of stainless steel.
