Description
Carbon steel flange refers to the flange or end flange connector made of carbon steel. The flange made of carbon steel is called carbon steel flange. Common materials are cast carbon steel grade WCB, forging A105, or Q235B, A3, 10 #, #, 20 steel, 16 manganese, 45 steel, Q345B, etc. In order to prevent rust, the flange surface is usually electroplated (yellow zinc, white zinc, etc.), or brushed with antirust oil and sprayed with antirust paint.
Carbon steel flange is a kind of plate-shaped parts, which is the most common in pipeline engineering. The flanges are used in pairs and with the matching flange on the valve. In pipeline engineering, flange is mainly used for pipeline connection. In the need to connect the pipeline, all kinds of installation of a flange, low-pressure pipeline can use thread flange, 4 kg pressure above the use of welding flange. Add a gasket between the two flange plates, and then fasten them with bolts. Flanges with different pressures have different thicknesses and use different bolts.

Characteristic
The carbon steel flange should be cut into strips along the rolling direction of the steel, bent and butt welded into a ring, and the surface of the steel forms a cylindrical surface of the ring.
