Description
Stainless steel elbow is a connecting device for two large diameter pipes, usually two flange plates and several fastening bolts. Before the connection, the pressure test of the pipeline has become an indispensable and important link. Before and after the pressure test, each section of the pipeline must be tested for 4-5 times. Stainless steel elbow connection is to fix two pipes, pipe fittings or equipment on a flange respectively, add flange gasket between the two flanges, and fasten them together with bolts to complete the connection. Some pipe fittings and equipment have their own flange, which also belongs to flange connection.

Characteristic
Stainless steel elbow, when using flange connection, is divided into threaded flange connection and welding flange connection. Low pressure small diameter has threaded flange, high pressure and low pressure large diameter are welded flange, different pressure flange thickness and connecting bolt diameter and quantity are different. According to different levels of pressure, flat welding flange gasket also has different materials, from low pressure asbestos gasket, high pressure asbestos gasket to metal gasket. The flat welding flange connection is easy to use and can bear large pressure.
