Description
Stainless steel elbow. Its dieless drawing technology is a kind of flexible plastic processing technology which is realized by using the properties of metal flow stress changing with temperature. It is a near final plastic forming technology with high precision, high efficiency, low energy consumption, no pollution, no mold, no friction and no lubrication. Different materials have different tensile properties. The limit of drawing ratio is the ratio of blank diameter to stamping diameter. 1 to 2.2 for stainless steel and 2.15 to 2.5 for carbon steel.

Stainless steel elbow can be drawn for the second time after deep drawing. However, unlike carbon steel, stainless steel cannot be drawn to the same extent as the first time unless it is heat treated.
Stainless steel elbow requires 1 to 2 times the strength of the equipment made of carbon steel. Generally speaking, the double acting hydraulic equipment is the best for deep drawing. The wall thickness variation of stainless steel tube during dieless drawing was studied experimentally. The influencing factors and rules of wall thickness variation of stainless steel tube during dieless drawing were analyzed. The empirical formula of wall thickness variation of stainless steel tube during dieless drawing is determined.
