Description

Tempering is divided into high temperature tempering, medium temperature tempering and low temperature tempering. Tempering is often used with quenching and normalizing.

Characteristic

Stainless steel elbow is to eliminate the size and shape changes of precision measuring tools or molds and parts in long-term use. After low-temperature tempering (low-temperature tempering temperature 150-250), the workpiece is often reheated to 100-150 and kept for 5-20 hours before finishing. This treatment is called aging to stabilize the quality of precision parts.
