Description
Hot pressed tee is a kind of pipe fitting used at the branch of pipe. For the manufacture of tee with seamless pipe, there are two kinds of processes commonly used at present, namely hydraulic bulging and hot pressing. Hot pressing forming: the tee hot pressing forming is to flatten the tube blank larger than the diameter of the tee to the size of the diameter of the tee, and open a hole in the part of the drawing branch pipe; the tube blank is heated, and the tube blank is put into the die of the drawing branch pipe; under the action of pressure, the tube blank is compressed radially, and in the process of radial compression, the metal flows to the branch pipe, and the branch pipe is formed under the drawing of the die. The whole process is formed by radial compression of tube blank and stretching of branch pipe.

Hot pressing tee has many uses: 1. It is suitable for the pipeline system of oil, natural gas, chemical industry, water and electricity, construction and boiler industry. Seamless elbow does not need tube blank as raw material, which can save the cost of pipe making equipment and mold, and can obtain tee with arbitrary large diameter and relatively thin wall thickness. 2. It can shorten the manufacturing cycle and greatly reduce the production cost. Because it does not need any special equipment, it is especially suitable for the field processing of large tee joints. The blank is flat or developable surface, so the blanking is simple, the precision is easy to guarantee, and the assembly and welding are convenient.
