Description
Stainless steel elbow is one of the pipe fittings often used for pipe connection, it is a pipe fitting to change the direction of the pipeline. The elbow used in daily life is mainly seamless elbow, because the heat conduction function of seamless elbow material is low, the heat preservation function is very good; the corrosion resistance of seamless elbow is also very strong, not only will not rust, will not breed bacteria; the weight of seamless elbow is only one tenth of that of steel pipe, which greatly reduces the cost of transportation, and is also very convenient in the installation and construction.

Characteristic
Stainless steel elbow production and processing is not so simple to do, there are technical requirements. Most of the elbows are welded, so in order to improve the welding quality of the elbows, the ends will be beveled, and for the convenience of welding, the steel grades of the pipe fittings and the connected pipes are the same. Any elbow has to go through surface treatment. The oxide scale on the surface is shot peened and sprayed off, and then coated with anti-corrosion paint. This is for export demand. Moreover, in order to facilitate transportation and prevent corrosion and oxidation at home, this work should be done.
